Five Ways To Bring Your Spring Cleaning Outdoors

Spring cleaning season is coming up soon and it should not be reserved for just the inside of your house.

Whether it is landscaping or some decoration, the outside of our house deserves some love and we have you covered on how you can make that happen.

Here are five ways you can take your spring cleaning activities outdoors:

1) Don’t underestimate a good clean up. Pulling weeds and taking out any dead foliage, plants and fallen debris is a quick easy step to improve your yard. Not to mention helps prepare the area for further improvement. 

2) Planting flowers and plants is a sure way to beautify your front yard.  So many ways to customize your yard with flowers, plants and color schemes.

3) If you cannot do much, do mulch. Spreading down mulch is a very easy way to give your yard an update in minutes. It will give a fresh look without much effort.

4) Grab a paintbrush and your favorite color and paint that front door and mailbox! Painting your front door is a fun way to give new life to the front of your home. Don’t forget to update your house numbers and add a decorative wreath and door mat for a well dressed look.

5) Lastly, let’s not forget to give the front lawn some love. Spend some time this spring sprinkling some fertilizer and plenty of water to ensure your green grass grows. Remember to mow and maintain your lawn. Nothing says spring like a blanket of green healthy grass.
