Fall Events in South Florida (2023)
Summer might be over, but that does not mean the fun is!
While the weather is still hot, South Florida is gearing up for a season full of fun fall events for both you and the family to share.
Grab a pumpkin spice latte and explore the great events South Florida has to offer from Miami to Palm Beach.
Pumpkin Towne: Jupiter, Wellington and Stuart
Want to experience the fall atmosphere surrounded by pumpkins and hay bales? Want a fun event for the kids with bounce houses and photo ops? Pumpkin Towne has three great pumpkin patch locations for you to get all of your fall needs in.
The pumpkin patches will be open from Oct. 5 to Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Oktober Fest in Oakland Park
The Oakland Park Oktoberfest for 2023 offers a delightful blend of food, entertainment, and outdoor activities. This festive event showcases German music, with special performances by The Original Auerhahn Schuhplattlers of Miami scheduled for 3 p.m. on Saturday and 1:30 and 3 p.m. on Sunday. Attendees can also indulge in the flavors of Funky Buddha beers and Bavarian cuisine available for purchase. For families, there are plenty of enjoyable activities for children to participate in.
Here are the event hours:
Friday, October 6: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday, October 7: 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, October 8: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Please note that there is a $5 entry fee for individuals aged 13 and older. Cash is not accepted, so you must pay the entry fee using a credit or debit card. Children aged 12 and under can enter for free when accompanied by an adult.
Oktoberfest will be held outside at Jaco Pastorius Park, 4000 N. Dixie Highway, Oakland Park, FL 33334.
Hobe Sound Farmer’s Market
Stocked with fresh produce and fun events for the family, the Hobe Sound Farmer’s Market is the place to be this fall.
From live music to read-alongs with the kids every Saturday morning, there is never a dull moment at the farmer’s market.
It is open on weekends from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is located at 425 SE Bridge Rd. Hobe Sound, FL 33455.

Halloween Spooktacular (Jupiter)
Come on down to the Jupiter Community Center on Oct. 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a fun, free event for the kids.
Be sure to bring your own bag for a special trick-or-treating event with carnival games, character appearances, food trucks, a live DJ, arts and crafts and a special monster maze for the kids to navigate.
The Jupiter Community Center is located at 200 Military Trail.
